Ran into this interesting video on the LOC website. What we see is a reenactment of the 190 battle of the Yalu River. The battle lasted from 30 April to 1 May 1904, and was the first major land battle during the Russo-Japanese War. It was fought near Wiju (modern village of Sinuiju, North Korea) on the lower reaches of the Yalu River, on the border between Korea and China.
