Sorry, but I could not help it...

SpaceX’s new Starship hopper, a prototype of the spacecraft that could one day take people to Mars, will need weeks of repairs after it was toppled by strong winds at the company’s private launch site in Boca Chica, Texas, according to a tweet by CEO Elon Musk.

Musk said 50 mph wind gusts broke the rocket’s mooring blocks.

Interesting delaying tactics pertaining to space exploration are being employed all over.

I know there is supposedly no wind in space, but there are plenty of other forces. Seems pretty unlikely that a craft that can't handle 50mph winds (which is strong, but not THAT strong), could handle the rigors of outer space.

In the movies, they just take off and go wherever they want. The Millennium Falcon may be a piece of junk, but even it can withstand a bit of wind.

Maybe the future was --- way back when... or always was and always has been.

When I feel stupid, I just start thinking about space rockets and the people behind it and the whole concept behind the false heliocentric space, And then I don’t feel stupid anymore.
